In August 2011, LBT Group acquired Fujian New Wuhuan Engineering Design Co. Ltd. (Now as Shanghai LBT Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd.), and established corporate operational headquarters in Shanghai.

National certificate for new high-tech enterprise was obtained in August 2012;

ASME “S” steel stamp was obtained in November 2013;

EN1090 Certificate was obtained in March 2014;
CWB certificate was obtained in August 2014;
July, 2014 Shanghai LBT Construction Co.,Ltd. sregistered address relocated from Shanghai Jianshan district to Songjiang district qualification of Grade B for petrochemical construction GC obtained 

January, 2015 Shanghai LBT Construction Co.,Ltd. license of work safety obtained
New certificate for new high-tech enterprise was replaced in August 2015;
In October 2015, Fujian New Wuhuan Engineering Design Co. Ltd. officially moved from Fujian Province to Shanghai, and was renamed as Shanghai LBT Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd.
